Epic Cupid & Radiant Analyst
Location: Hybrid – one week per month onsite required. Duration: 26‑week contract with possibility of extension. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM–05:00 PM Pacific Time. Travel costs for onsite visits are covered by the client.
Overview Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of the largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Cupid & Radiant Analyst. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic Cupid & Radiant clinical application systems.
Serve as the primary support contact and subject matter expert for technology solutions within cardiology service lines.
Support clinical users by applying knowledge of clinical processes, documentation requirements, workflows, and practice standards to adapt software solutions.
Collaborate with clinicians to develop or adapt written protocols and workflows.
Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and operational constraints of supported clinical or business areas.
Prepare and document detailed operational and technical specifications, including information flow, risk assessment, impact analysis, and application functionality.
Configure, build, install, and maintain applications under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager.
Coordinate and manage issues arising during projects within the assigned application area.
Analyze new software releases to determine required workflow changes.
Perform system configuration activities, including building and populating databases and tables, system testing, and conversion data validation.
Develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for applications.
Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support, including during training, go‑live, stabilization, and 24/7 support as required.
Develop user training materials and train end users on application functionality and workflows.
Apply seasoned professional judgment to independently perform a full range of responsibilities, analyzing complex problems and determining appropriate solutions.
Contribute to projects of medium complexity or components of large, complex projects.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to helping users learn, adopt, and effectively use technology solutions.
Qualifications
Cupid certification and a strong Cupid background (implementation and support).
Radiant certification and willingness to support the on‑call rotation for both applications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively.
Highly attentive to detail.
