Project Manager (Concrete/Masonry Restoration) Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr

A premier Design-Build Contractor in Chicago is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Concrete/Masonry Restoration Division serving the greater Chicagoland.

Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects within the division, lead projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, work with vendors, track inventory of equipment and materials, ensure compliance with regulations and permits, maintain budget and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field

5+ years of project management experience

Experience with Concrete Restoration projects

Technically literate individual

Motivated team player
