Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Guest Services.

Support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.

Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement: 18.

Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and or management experience is required.
