About the Job Do you want to have fun running your own Warhammer store? Are you passionate about growing the Warhammer hobby in your local area and providing hands‑on hobby guidance to all those who want to discover, explore, and learn about the worlds of Warhammer?
Our store managers provide exciting and engaging hobby activities to all our customers and help them to enjoy the worlds of Warhammer. Taking every opportunity to have a productive interaction with your customers requires energy, drive, tenacity, and enthusiasm. Lead everyone who enters the store through a memorable and positive customer experience.
As a store manager you will be responsible for making decisions to sustainably grow the store. We will provide guidelines, tailored training, and access to a wide variety of support to allow you to do this effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging hobby activities for customers.
Deliver a memorable and positive customer experience.
Make strategic decisions to sustain and grow the store’s business.
Collaborate with the Retail Training Team for ongoing development.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for the Warhammer hobby and customer service.
Ability to work well under energy‑driven, fast‑paced retail environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt; extensive retail experience is not required.
