Job Summary The Systems Pricing Analyst will play a key role in building, maintaining, and executing pricing structures within our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely pricing for customers. This can include but is not limited to managing pricing for quotes, market pricing, promotions, and special buys, while supporting analytics and process improvements. The role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical problem solvers, and eager to learn ERP systems and pricing strategies.
Job Location On-site at the Corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
Construct and maintain pricing records and discount structures in the ERP system
Execute processes to update pricing promptly for quotes, promotions, and special buys
Validate pricing accuracy across ERP modules and troubleshoot discrepancies
Monitor data integrity for pricing tables and related master data (customer, item, discount groups)
Use data and analytics to assess pricing impact and understand drivers of business performance
Regularly review and refresh data inputs to pricing models
Assist in interpreting price guidance and applying it consistently across operating companies
Track and report pricing KPIs (price realization, margin uplift, exception rates)
Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate pricing requirements into ERP configurations
Participate in testing for pricing updates and ERP releases
Document processes, create user guides, and support training for pricing workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within pricing operations
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field) or equivalent experience
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to problem-solve creatively and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and timeline
Exposure to ERP systems (Infor M3 or SAP preferred)
Familiarity with pricing concepts (quotes, promotions, market pricing)
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and/or SQL
