The Estimator will oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive bids for projects up to $20M. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with expertise in construction cost estimation and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals for commercial construction projects up to $20M.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
Identify and evaluate cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Review and update cost databases to ensure accurate pricing and historical cost data.
Assist in contract negotiations and pre‑construction planning to support seamless project execution.
Stay informed about market trends, materials pricing, and construction methodologies.

A strong background in commercial construction estimation, with experience handling projects up to $20M.
