About the Role
We are seeking a UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma, mobile design, and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a UX generalist who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to continue growing their technical and design skills. Key Responsibilities
Design Execution (70%) Use design processes such as wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, and journey maps to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. User Advocacy (15%) Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Feature Definition & Research (15%) Contribute to feature design and user research needs to ensure high‑quality deliverables that adhere to design standards. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design (with degree or certification). Proven experience designing enterprise applications and mobile solutions. Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools. Strong understanding of UX principles and design processes. Preferred Qualifications
UX generalist with broad experience across research, design, and prototyping. Passion for mobile technology and enterprise‑level solutions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Desire to grow technical expertise and career in UX. Skills

The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $45.00/hr.
