What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using play-based, evidence-informed care
Create individualized treatment plans
Administer pediatric standardized assessments
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
Document care accurately and efficiently
Who You’ll Work With
Children with sensory processing and motor planning challenges
Feeding and oral motor difficulties
Autism, ADHD, and self-regulation needs
Developmental delays and neuromuscular conditions
Visual motor, executive functioning, and learning differences
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
VA and/or DC OT license (or eligibility)
Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Comfort with EMR, iPad, and Microsoft Office
