RN – Labor and Delivery – NIGHT SHIFT at Swedish First Hill, 747 Broadway, Seattle, WA.
$10,000 Hiring Bonus Eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions receive an additional $10,000 hiring bonus beyond the regular compensation and benefits package.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatric upon hire.
1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Benefits and Compensation Base hourly pay: $48.85 – $89.91, depending on experience and job‑related factors.
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
The benefits package includes a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, paid holidays, and various voluntary benefits.
