What you’ll be doing:
Manage CEO’s multiple calendars and correspondence to optimize their schedule and insert priority meetings.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering inquiries, and managing messages on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Organize and maintain digital files, presentations, and confidential documents for easy access.
Act as an office manager when required, ensuring seamless operations within the executive office.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, press releases, and related documents, collaborating with third-party entities as needed.
Qualifications
3- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments.
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR functions is a plus.
Prior experience in financial services industry is a plus.
Compensation This opportunity offers a pay rate of $40-$42/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package!
