Ogmint Technical Services is a Provider of Niche professionals across the Energy Industry. We are currently working with an Energy and Data Center Megaproject. Our client is seeking an HSE Director.
Project Duration:
10 + years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSSE strategy aligned with project objectives
Establish HSSE performance metrics and reporting systems.
Design and deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Embed HSSE requirements in EPC contracts and project execution plans.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science or related field
10+ years in HSSE leadership roles within energy or civil infrastructure projects
Certifications: CSP, ASP, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Large EPC industrial construction background (Power, LNG, Petrochemical)
Full project lifecycle experience.
