Perm - Physician - Cardiology
Join a well-established cardiology program in Western Nebraska that is expanding! We are looking for a full-time, fellowship-trained non-invasive or invasive cardiologist, board certified in internal medicine and board eligible/certified in cardiovascular disease. At our facility, we put patients first, focusing on excellence and integrity in care. Be part of a dedicated team that makes extraordinary possible. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team comprised of two primary cardiologists, along with support from a large team for call coverage and complex cardiac procedures. Be part of an extensive UCHealth Heart and Vascular team that includes six cardiothoracic surgeons, seven electrophysiologists, nine interventional cardiologists, and nearly 20 cardiologists. Utilize the unique partnership between the UCHealth Heart Center and Regional West Medical Center to provide patients with a range of high-quality heart care options. Embrace innovation by adopting the latest evidence-based technologies and procedures. Offer patients access to cutting-edge care through the latest clinical trials. Ensure high-quality care for every patient through a multi-disciplinary approach. Participate in shared call duties with a schedule of 1:3 nights and weekends. Qualifications:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease. NE license (or in process of obtaining). Completed Fellowship prior to start. Clean malpractice history preferred. DEA must be obtained prior to start. License and Certification Requirements:
