This position is a structured hybrid role requiring you to work from our Owatonna, MN facility Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and participate in home office work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable drive to the facility.
Base pay range:
$70,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
Facilitate effective project planning, organization, and oversight to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project deliverables throughout the life cycle.
Develop, track, and update multiple project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery within scope and budget.
Interact professionally with designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, and customers.
Coordinate with internal project teams (engineering, manufacturing, installation) for planning and execution.
Coordinate with client teams (project manager, architects, consultants) to meet contract schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Co‑coordinate submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittals, etc.
Site readiness coordination with contractor and trades.
Perform risk analysis and mitigation.
Handle project billings and costing analysis.
Research and present changes to contract scope.
Develop, track, update, and report on the contract schedule of values.
Conduct post‑mortem reviews and lessons learned for future projects.
Execute activities to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
Identify non‑conformances and initiate corrective action reports as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction or entertainment production industries.
Three (3) years of project management experience, preferred in the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Desired Skills
Ability to read architectural drawings.
