The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We serve over nine million clients and value different viewpoints to achieve results.
Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Role Requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes, update SOPs, and strategically execute the branch business plan.
Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
