Los Angeles location (1645 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006) . This role requires consistent leadership, strong communication skills, and experience managing sales performance in a fitness setting. This is a
full-time position with an expectation of 50 hours worked per week .
$100,000 annual base salary
Commission and bonus opportunities
Biweekly performance-based bonuses
Membership (EFT) growth incentives tied to club KPIs
Responsibilities
Lead daily club operations and maintain high standards for facility, equipment, and member experience
Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including generating 100+ new memberships/month
Coach and support the existing team to improve sales, retention, and performance
Track metrics, report results, and implement actions to meet performance targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of fitness sales management experience (required)
Proven ability to hit sales targets and coach a team
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable in a results-driven, high-accountability environment
