Position
The Dublin San Ramon Services District is recruiting a full‑time Water/Wastewater Systems Supervisor for the Field Operations Division.
Responsibilities
Organize and oversee operations, maintenance, and repair of potable water, recycled water, and wastewater collection facilities.
Provide direct and general supervision of technical and maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and District policies.
Perform special project work related to capital improvements and private development.
Ideal Candidate
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with water distribution and/or wastewater collection systems.
At least 2 years supervising or leading staff in field operations.
Strong leadership skills, coaching, mentoring, and training experience.
Experience with underground construction and repairs related to water and wastewater systems.
Project management experience is a plus.
Required Certifications & Qualifications
Class C Driver’s License (state of California).
California SWRCB Water Distribution Operator Grade D5 certification.
California SWRCB Water Treatment Operator T2 certification.
California CWEA Wastewater Collection System Maintenance Grade II certification at appointment and Grade III within one year.
