Pampered Chef is looking for an
Associate Manager, E-Commerce
to help drive measurable revenue results by improving digital shopping, optimizing category performance, and increasing conversion across e-commerce and party shopping experience on our direct-selling platform, Table. In this role, you’ll help identify opportunities that improve
conversion, product discovery, and overall shopping efficiency
by turning insights, trends, and observations into clear recommendations that support ongoing optimization. If you’re energized by ecommerce trends, curious about customer behavior, and excited to help improve the way people shop and discover products online, this role is for you. What You’ll Lead Identify Digital Opportunities That Drive Results Review online shopping and party flows to spot friction in browsing, discovery, and purchase paths. Summarize key patterns (drop-off points, engagement trends, content performance) that influence conversion. Highlight simple, high-impact opportunities that increase conversion, AOV, or engagement. Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and landing page optimization to increase conversion Partner with Merchandising to optimize category layouts, product sequencing, and recommendations Develop hypotheses and test plans to improve drop-off, cart completion, and average order value Category & Merchandising Optimization Track performance of category pages and product groupings Identify opportunities for product sequencing, best-seller positioning, and bundling Partner with Merchandising to improve cross-sell and upsell strategies across key categories (cookware, bakeware, tools, kits, etc.) Provide insights on assortment gaps and category strengths based on traffic and conversion data Support E-commerce & Optimization Workstreams Track industry and competitor trends to bring fresh ideas that enhance shopping effectiveness. Support roadmap planning for improvements tied to conversion, content relevance, and platform performance. Partner with Analytics to understand customer behavior and performance metrics at a foundational level. Help support and track small tests or experiments (content tweaks, merchandising shifts, landing page improvements, etc.). Process & Insight Support (Non-UX Execution) Build simple journey views that help teams understand customer needs and blockers. Gather feedback from consultants, customers, and performance data to identify where improvements are needed. Translate insights into clear summaries that guide Product, Marketing, and Experience decisions. Platform & Experience Support Assist in reviewing and documenting party participation, shopping momentum, and booking performance on Table. Track enhancements and seasonal experiments, helping measure impact and capture learnings. Help maintain visibility into KPIs like conversion, AOV, funnel movement, engagement, and bookings. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Field Engagement, and Analytics to align on priorities and share insights. Maintain clear documentation that keeps partners informed and projects moving. What Success Looks Like
Clear, actionable summaries that help teams quickly understand where shoppers struggle and how to improve results. Organized tracking of tests, performance metrics, and enhancements. Demonstrated conversion lifts and measurable revenue growth from tests and optimization Prior documented improvement in AOV, category-level performance, and shopping funnel efficiency Clear before/after results tied directly to experiments and optimization actions Strong understanding of ecommerce behaviors and how small changes drive meaningful impact. A growing voice in recommending digital improvements that support revenue and experience goals. Are analytical and love digging into patterns and trends. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, product marketing, merchandising, analytics, or related field. Experience reviewing e-commerce data, including conversion rate, funnel drop-off, category performance, click-through rates, and AOV Comfort reviewing basic data and identifying simple trends or friction points. Strong communication skills and the ability to turn insights into clear next steps. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Experience running or supporting conversion optimization initiatives (A/B testing, landing page testing, CRO tools, etc.) Understanding of ecommerce category management basics: product positioning, merchandising, bundling, cross-sell/upsell Proven ability to recommend improvements that lead to measurable revenue or conversion lift Comfortable working with Google Analytics / GA4, Bloomreach, and Content Stack This role is intentionally scoped and positioned to grow in the next few years for the right talent. You’ll be given increasing ownership, visibility, and responsibility as you demonstrate impact. Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-basedbonusbased on individual and company performance.
