Responsibilities As a Commercial Branch Service Manager you will lead a high‑performance culture, motivate the service team, and ensure customer satisfaction drives revenue growth.
Lead the entire service operation after paid training
Motivate the team to consistently deliver world‑class service, prioritizing safety
Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team
Train and develop Orkin pros through hands‑on management
Lead training meetings
Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed action plans, and outstanding customer service
Champion innovation by encouraging the adoption of new products, services, and technology
Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

Sales experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
Work Environment
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
