On‑Site at Fort Liberty, with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1+ hours) in case of command directives. Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
Job Overview The All‑Source Intelligence Analyst SME is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence information from various sources to support decision‑making and strategic planning. This includes assessing threats, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
Essential Functions
Provide intelligence analyses, research and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
Perform all‑source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical level requirements.
Work independently with no required oversight.
Provide advice to leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interest.
Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel and post‑screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies
Knowledge at tactical and operational levels, capable of all‑source intelligence analytic support to CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, TCO, SIA, CWMD, and crisis response operations.
Proficient analytic techniques and tools, producing high‑quality technical/non‑technical intelligence products.
Experience preparing and presenting formal or informal briefings as required.
Superior proficiency and knowledge of current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Experience using the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.
Experience delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O‑6) / GS‑15 level or higher.
Education / Certifications
High School Diploma required.
DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
Experience
Minimum eight (8) years of all‑source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
At least three (3) years of intelligence support to special operations.
Three or more years writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages).
In‑depth knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases, wear body armor, helmet, and other PPE when required, and run, walk, crawl moderate distances.
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
