Opportunity As part of the Deals team, you will engage in M&A and divestitures, including pre‑deal HR due diligence, integration, and separation planning and execution. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, maintain exceptional standards, and build client relationships, using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint while managing competing deadlines and junior team members.

Responsibilities

Assist executive clients with strategic business decisions.

Analyze complex challenges and offer innovative solutions.

Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Manage time effectively across multiple priorities.

Guide and support junior team members in their development.

Uphold exemplary standards of professionalism and quality.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree.

3 years of experience.

What Sets You Apart

Master of Business Administration in Human Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred.

Ability to communicate technical matters clearly.

Experience building relationships with peers and clients.

Experience managing junior team members and mentoring others.

Understanding of mergers and acquisitions.

Experience implementing project management in integrations.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
