Provides Tier 2 technical support for a wide range of endpoints, ensuring the functionality of desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, and other associated peripherals connected to our network. Resolves basic to intermediate issues escalated from lower support tiers. Utilizes technical and communication skills for both remote and in‑person assistance. Documents work performed and completed through Incidents and Requests/Tasks. Provides Tier 2 support for organizational applications at our client, ensuring end users have a consistent and smooth experience. Installs approved applications on endpoints as needed. Responsible for identifying and escalating installation issues for further investigation. Works with IS Inventory department to verify and track licensing where applicable. Performs installations of endpoints, printers, and other computing hardware and software for efficient use. Performs daily administration and maintenance of endpoint hardware and software systems. Plays a key role in relocating endpoint equipment during departmental moves to maintain operational continuity. Updates and maintains asset information within the organizational Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Assists in organizational project work, contributing to seamless implementations. Supports the provisioning and relocation of endpoint resources during facilities project go‑lives. Serves as a key resource supporting project go‑lives. Provides hands‑on assistance during application and system deployments and upgrades. Reviews and studies established knowledge base articles and documentation for accurate incident and task completion. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Will primarily work at main downtown location. Basic troubleshooting/desktop skills. ServiceNow experience. Will require some physical work (e.g., walking, carrying monitors, workstations). Mainly working 8–5 shift. Looking for candidates with good attention to detail; will be documenting all hardware and must be accurate and concise. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
