Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a
Cafe Lead
for its Urban Air Café. This practical, hands‑on role is responsible for overseeing shift operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring a high level of food and service quality. The Café Lead will spend most of the shift in the kitchen and service area, cooking, preparing, and serving food while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
Support proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
Ensure deliveries are received correctly and logged in the Café Manager’s absence.
Maintain storage, rotate inventory to minimize wastage.
Manage the Café Team to meet expected standards.
Adhere to scheduled shifts, including willingness to stay beyond when business requires.
Train Café Team on menu preparation and front‑of‑house staff on drinks and ready‑to‑eat foods to consistently high standards.
Set a high standard for punctuality, attendance, and attitude; maintain these standards at all times.
Set a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene, including a regular deep‑clean schedule.
Maintain well‑organized and easily accessible Café and storage areas.
Handle guest concerns regarding the Café in the absence of the Café Manager.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
6–12 months experience in food & beverage (quick service and/or restaurant).
One year of leadership experience preferred.
Current ServSafe or similar food‑handling certification, or willing to obtain within first 30 days.
Additional Requirements
Ability to lead, motivate, and empower Team Members.

Physical Requirements
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Work in noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions.
Stand for long periods and move throughout the facility.
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
