Job Summary:

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Landscaping Business Development Representative comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company. The representative will be responsible for cultivating, growing and managing our commercial accounts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual base salary $55,000 - $65,000

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in business development, landscaping account management, or sales

Landscaping experience required, with strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of turf and turf treatment options

Proficiency with technology and prior experience with CRMs; experience with LMN is a plus

Experience with cold calling and cold lead cultivation

Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with warm and cold leads and strong relationship-management experience

Key Goals:

Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts

Cultivating and developing additional commercial revenue and accounts

Developing long-lasting relationships with commercial clients ensuring renewals of contracts

Providing excellent client services and seeking out opportunities for enhancements and upsells

Seeking out opportunities for new business through following up on warm and cold leads and following the sales process through to completion

Other duties as assigned
