About the Role Churchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is seeking an experienced Energy Project Coordinator to support the Clean Energy and Power team for a Fortune 100 technology firm. In this role, you will be managing internal approvals, coordinating with Legal and Finance, and maintaining high-quality project data. This role requires a foundational understanding of energy deals, utility processes, and power generation scopes, as well as familiarity with NDAs, exclusivity agreements, and early-stage commercial agreements. The Energy Coordinator will play a key role in advancing projects through Planning by ensuring approvals, funding, and documentation are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Support energy and utility-related commercial activities, including coordination around energy deals, utility engagements, and power generation agreements.

Submit contracts and statement of works to engage Legal teams for review of project-related documents and follow up to ensure timely assignment of Legal reviewers.

Coordinate the issuance of NDAs and exclusivity agreements with third parties.

Submit contract redlines and comments for Legal review and support resolution of comments with internal stakeholders.

Submit Financial requests for internal approval milestones and track progress to ensure projects meet targeted approval deadlines.

Launch and track Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with Finance and Procurement.

Perform ongoing data quality checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment with internal reporting standards.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders, utilities, and external partners.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes, capturing decisions, action items, and follow-ups.

Required Experience

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Right to work in the United States.

2-5 YOE required in project coordination, or commercial/project support within energy, utilities, power generation, or infrastructure environments.

Working knowledge of energy deals, utility processes, and power generation concepts.

Experience coordinating NDAs, exclusivity agreements, and legal document reviews.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with Legal, Finance, and technical teams.

Preferred: Experience supporting early-stage energy or utility infrastructure development.

Preferred: Exposure to commercial negotiations or deal support related to power, utilities, or energy procurement.
