Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage and oversee project activities in alignment with ITS and PMO standards
Work closely with executive leadership, business units, vendors, and technical teams to define scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, schedules, and resource plans
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution
Direct and coordinate complex project tasks, including business process reengineering and organizational change management
Monitor project progress, ensure milestone completion, and enforce accountability
Prepare and maintain required project documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with ITS project management methodologies and governance standards
Requested Qualifications
84 months of experience managing 3 5 concurrent application development projects involving Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and/or in-house solutions
84 months of experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope documents, status reports, and communication plans across the full project lifecycle
84 months of experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project
84 months of experience creating comprehensive project scope documentation
84 months of experience in project quality planning, including quality assurance, system testing, UAT, and quality metrics management
84 months of experience managing high-visibility, multi-phase projects and reporting to senior government stakeholders
84 months of experience leading project meetings and managing deliverables and team accountability
