Skilled Nursing Facilities & Assisted Living Facilities Work Location:
In-person Responsibilities Provide primary care visits 3-4 days per week Perform medication reconciliations and annual wellness visits Examine patients and review medical records Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, etc.) Diagnose medical conditions and illnesses Develop treatment plans for chronic and acute conditions Prescribe appropriate medications Maintain accurate and timely records Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of MA Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program New graduates are welcome
