The Impact You’ll Make As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you’ll lead the modernization of our sales infrastructure. From CRM adoption to sales process design and analytics, your work will directly accelerate growth across all sales channels. You’ll empower teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to succeed in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Lead development and delivery of CFG Sales Training Programs
Own our CRM strategy, implementation, and adoption
Drive integration of SAP with SalesOps workflows in partnership with IT
Design scorecards, dashboards, and training programs that elevate execution
Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce sales cycle time and boost productivity
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams
