Entry-Level Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

A growing mechanical contractor is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager to support ongoing work in HVAC and plumbing construction. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone with early project experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a full project management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior PMs in scheduling, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
Track budgets, materials, and progress across active jobs
Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and jobsite communications
Participate in project meetings and closeout processes
Communicate effectively with field teams and vendors
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or mechanical construction support
HVAC or plumbing construction background preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a lead role
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Local candidates preferred
