Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leaders to develop five-year financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
Own and manage business line P&Ls, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability
Deliver performance reviews, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to commercial leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support data-driven decision-making
Guide business partners through governance processes, including business cases for headcount and investment requests
Requirements
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
MBA preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Advanced Excel skills; Tableau experience preferred; SQL and/or VBA familiarity a plus
