Position Details The

Community Manager (Property Manager)

is the business leader, ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and high standard operations to meet IMT’s objectives.

Lead a team of leasing and service associates.

Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.

Lead leasing, renewals, marketing, and market monitoring.

Partner with the Service Manager to maintain excellent curb appeal.

Maintain open door policy with residents to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.

Adhere to Fair Housing laws and IMT’s policies.

Perform bookkeeping, rent collection, delinquency, move‑out statements, and financial reporting.

Additional projects and duties per Regional Manager.

Qualifications

Multi‑family housing management experience.

Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.

Ability to connect with diverse people and lead a team.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work in a high‑volume, stressful environment.

Work independently and make sound business decisions.

Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills.

Computer skills, MRI experience a plus.

College education helpful.

ARM or CAM designation a plus.

Active, valid driver license required.
