My client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers to ensure efficient, reliable, and innovative production processes. You will serve as the technical authority for manufacturing systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will report directly into the Director of Operations and be responsible for:
Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers to support production goals.
Oversee process design, improvement, and validation for manufacturing operations.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and technology transfers.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage capital projects, including equipment selection and installation.
Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for operational improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in high-precision manufacturing is a plus.
