SII Group USA – PMO Specialist / PMO Lead
Our cross‑functional teams design and deliver innovative aircraft interior solutions used across commercial aviation platforms. We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist / PMO Lead to reinforce program governance, drive operating rigor, and enhance cross‑functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development & continuous improvement of
project/program templates, tools, and standard processes
Consolidate and analyze
integrated schedules, budgets, and KPIs
across multiple programs
Manage and follow up on
risks, issues, and action plans , ensuring accountability
Produce
status reports, dashboards, and executive‑level summaries
to improve decision‑making
Support program governance: coordinate stakeholder meetings, timelines, MoM, and documentation
Standardize
best practices, reporting, and governance models
across projects
Improve execution
efficiency, consistency, predictability, and schedule adherence
Drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, DMU, supply chain, quality, industrialization, and production
Maintain program baseline and support scope/change request management
Support PM / Program Leads with resource planning, milestone tracking & recovery plans
Investigate root causes, monitor cost/schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Develop and maintain repository of artifacts (documentation, lessons learned, dashboards)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience
in PMO, Project Management, or Program Support within a technical/manufacturing environment
Experience collaborating with engineering & industrial functions (ME, DMU/CAD, supply chain, quality)
Strong experience in:
Cross‑functional coordination
Risk & action tracking
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) & PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and influence without authority
Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize complex deliverables for executives
