Description:
CTG is seeking an experienced AB Initio Developer to join a dynamic team driving global ETL and data warehousing initiatives.
Location:
Piscataway, NJ
Duration:
12 months
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain batch and real-time ETL processes using Ab Initio.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Implement data governance, secure coding, and DevOps practices in ETL pipelines.
Monitor workflows for performance, data quality, and compliance.
Support data warehousing, analytics, machine learning, and data mining initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
12+ years hands‑on experience with Ab Initio (GDE, Control Center, PlanIT, ConductIT)
Strong knowledge of ETL design patterns, data warehouse architecture, SQL, Oracle, Unix, and shell scripting
Expertise in real‑time processing, global implementations, and secure coding practices
Excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
Data analysis and advanced SQL skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
