Job Description:
Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our marketing team in our San Diego, California office. The successful candidate will:
Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Desired Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
Required Skills
Strong work ethic
Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong grammar and creative writing skills
Ability to work independently when needed
Status
Full time, at least 4 days a week in office
