About This Role As part of the Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in inventory receiving processes. You will work closely with production, inventory, and finance teams ensuring our receiving system is accurate and able to meet build milestones. You’ll be responsible for performing and leading day-to-day receiving operations as well as driving strategic projects and process improvements to support the business as it continues to grow and evolve.

Responsibilities

Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork. Check for damage and confirm correct part numbers, quantities and revisions

Select and utilize standard gauges to ensure quality. Inspect feature tolerances by selecting the tool with the required accuracy

Organize controlled inventory storage systems and locations, and make improvements to material flow and footprint

Provide detailed in-process inspections using detailed drawings, CAD models, and establish processes to verify conformance to design requirements

Communicate and help resolve quality issues as they relate to received products

Document non-conformances in accordance with procedures and processes as required

Coordinate non-flight inventory transfers

Acknowledge and take receipt of all incoming materials and packages, identify receipt in ERP then perform receiving inspection, including transfer to inventory

Basic Qualifications

6+ years experience in Quality, Engineering, or related fields, with focus in receiving inspection or supply chain

Experience with GD&T and use of metrology tools and gauges

Experience performing electronic testing and inspections using portable measuring devices

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (ASME Y14.5 or equivalent)

Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in a technical or engineering field

Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification

Experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, or technology sectors

Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management System

Excellent communication and team building skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Pay Range

Salary Range: $98,000 - $132,000

Leveling and base salary is determined by job-related skills, education level, experience level, and job performance
