Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
Creates and reviews project schedules
Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
Bachelor’s degree in construction field preferred but relevant experience considered
Experience leading and assisting on at least one K-12, and/or municipal construction projects
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
