GI Lab RN Job Details Location: Dallas, TX 75203 (Texas healthcare jobs) Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nursing contract) Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: February 2, 2026 Shift: Day shift, 5×8‑hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30) Hours per Week: 40 Rotating On‑Call: Nights and weekends Unit: GI Lab (4 procedure rooms) Patient Population: Adult patients Estimated Weekly Pay: $1750 – $1870 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Endoscopy RN or GI Lab nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA preferred; military acceptable) Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system Skilled in recovery and monitoring of conscious sedation Experience with endoscopic procedures: bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, EGD, and specimen handling/labeling Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Endoscopy RN Responsibilities Circulate and assist with endoscopic procedures including EGD, EUS, ERCP, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, pill capsule, and BRAVO Ph study Administer and monitor conscious sedation; interpret and manage dysrhythmias Handle, label, and process specimens according to GI Lab protocols Operate specialized equipment such as fluoroscopy Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response Participate in rotating on‑call coverage for nights and weekends Document patient care and procedures accurately using Epic Take the next step in your nursing career with this high-demand Endoscopy RN travel job in Dallas, Texas.
