Unit Highlights
Nurses on 3NW specialize in the treatment of advanced heart failure. We provide care for medically complex patients requiring advanced treatment options for heart failure such as: continuous infusion of IV inotropic drugs, left ventricular assist devices (LVAD), heart transplants, ultra filtration, and high‑risk medications used to manage pulmonary hypertension. Our patient population depends on the success of our multidisciplinary team, and a holistic model of care to support them as they cope through their heart‑failure journey.
With both Magnet and Pathway to Excellence® designations, we join an elite group as one of only two hospitals nationwide with active dual designations for nursing excellence and an outstanding work environment, as recognized by the ANCC.

Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
This position has a hiring range of USD $40.17 - USD $65.30 /Hr.
