Key Responsibilities
Review submitted documentation and data entry for accuracy within 24 hours
Generate and update closing disclosures, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected
Complete final closing documents and balance figures with attorneys / settlement agents
Required Qualifications
2+ years of recent mortgage banking experience in bond and housing closing / document preparation
Basic knowledge of Encompass and TRID closing regulations
Solid understanding of various loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
Experience utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously
Knowledge of customer service best practices and intrapersonal skills
