Job Description
Domino’s Pizza in Berkeley, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 9432 Natural Bridge Rd location. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience while supporting our busy restaurant operations.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Process cash and credit card transactions
Assist in pizza preparation and other food service tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
Adhere to company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer skills for order processing and cash register operation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety protocols
Time management and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
