Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving / Stockroom Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer, organizational, and inventory management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves processing shipments, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and ensuring materials flow efficiently through the operation.
Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Pay: $18–$21 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Overtime: As needed
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Enter inventory transactions and material movements into the ERP system
Organize and maintain stockroom inventory, including proper labeling and storage
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests and orders
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing domestic and international shipments
Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
Strong computer skills required; ERP system experience preferred
Familiarity with shipping paperwork, labels, and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
International shipping experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity; conversion is not guaranteed, but strong performance may lead to long-term employment
Overtime may be required based on workload and shipping schedules
