This is a co‑founder level opportunity reporting directly to founder and CEO Sasan Ghorbani. You’ll be our first revenue hire with the mandate to build enterprise sales from the ground up and scale us to $10M+ ARR.

The Role As a founding CRO, you’ll architect and execute the complete revenue strategy—from optimizing our freemium conversion funnel to building an enterprise sales motion and channel partnerships with accounting firms. This is a builder role for someone who has taken a company from early traction to $10M ARR and wants equity‑level ownership in a high‑growth AI company.

What You’ll Own

Design and implement product‑led growth (PLG) conversion strategy to move free users through Pro and Business tiers

Build outbound enterprise sales motion targeting multi‑entity organizations with complex reporting needs

Launch channel partner program with accounting/bookkeeping firms leveraging our multi‑client capabilities

Own pricing strategy, revenue operations, and full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Team & Infrastructure

Implement CRM, sales enablement tools, and revenue analytics infrastructure

Hire and scale a world‑class sales team (AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers) as revenue grows

Establish compensation plans, quotas, and performance management frameworks

Partner with Product and Marketing on packaging, pricing optimization, and go‑to‑market strategy

Success Metrics Year 1: $3M+ ARR | 10+ Enterprise customers | Launch channel program | Hire first 2‑3 sales team members

Year 2: $10M+ ARR with clear path to $25M | 30%+ revenue from Enterprise tier | Build team of 10+ | Establish category leadership

Who You Are Required Background:

Proven track record building 0→$10M ARR in B2B SaaS (Data Analytics, BI, FinTech, or Financial Software preferred)

8+ years in revenue leadership; 3+ years as VP Sales, CRO, or Head of Revenue

Deep experience in both PLG and Enterprise sales motions

Track record building and scaling sales teams from scratch through hypergrowth

Experience selling to finance/accounting buyers (CFOs, Controllers, Finance VPs) strongly preferred

Key Skills
