Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Change Management Associate
to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and execution of change management strategies that help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This position is critical to ensuring the success of the initiatives in the Service Experience by driving adoption, reducing resistance, and enhancing overall organizational readiness.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and delivery of structured change management strategies, plans, and tools.
Partner with business leaders and project teams to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement approaches.
Prepare and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications, including presentations, FAQs and newsletters,
Support change management representation in town halls, workshop sessions and training to support employee readiness.
Track adoption and usage metrics, report progress to team leaders, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor employee feedback, elevate challenges, and propose solutions to enhance the change experience.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in change management, HR, project management, consulting, or related areas.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s model) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project tracking and reporting tools a plus.
Pay Transparency Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
