Role Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will play a key role in architecting systems, implementing back-end services, conducting code reviews, and optimizing performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable system architecture
Implement and maintain back-end services
Write, test, and review clean, efficient code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming, with emphasis on Laravel PHP
Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL preferred)
Hands‑on experience with Laravel queues
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Starting range: $70,000 – $150,000; Based on experience
