Foreman Telecom Underground – VCI Construction
As a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure that everyone follows safety protocols and project timelines.
Wage Range $22.00 - $34.00

Responsibilities
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Help train crew members
Read and understand blueprints
Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Assist supervisors with day‑to‑day activities
Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues
Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Authorization to work in the United States for the company
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred
Minimum three years of related work experience
Previous foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level
Operate vehicle and heavy machinery; lift >55 lbs;
Use ladder, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift >55 lbs
Occasionally use ladder, keyboard and mouse
Job Duties (Fair Chance)
Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in unsupervised settings
Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company
Drive safely as part of routine work
