Candidates MUST reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the intake, tracking, and coordination of all operational and physician contracts for the health system.
Review and prepare corporate contracts, physician contracts, and other legal documents, ensure all contracts comply with the applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g., anti-kickback, Stark, etc.), coordinates with various internal departments, in‑house counsel, and outside counsel on key contractual terms and conditions, and develops and refines standard templates for use throughout the health system.
Minimum Qualifications
Required - 1 year - Legal; Or - 1 year - Paralegal; Or - 1 year - Contracts Related; Preferred - 1 year - Healthcare in related field.
Attorney with No Experience is also acceptable to fulfill the experience requirement.
