Summary In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to develop pricing strategies, model deal economics, and produce well‑documented, system‑integrated proposals using
Experlogix ,
Microsoft Dynamics , and
Salesforce . You will also support
CRM migration efforts
and participate in drafting
Statements of Work (SOWs)
for legal review to ensure compliance and alignment with approved pricing and deal structures.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sophisticated pricing and deal models
for both Spend Management and Data & Digital offerings, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with Vizient's financial and strategic goals.
Utilize Experlogix, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce
to configure, generate, and manage pricing models, proposals, and approvals within integrated commercial systems.
Draft and refine Statements of Work (SOWs)
for legal review, ensuring pricing terms, deliverables, and service definitions are clearly documented and aligned with approved deal models.
Partner cross‑functionally
with GTM, Finance, Product, Legal, and Contracting teams to structure deals that balance member value and profitability.
Monitor and analyze deal performance
by comparing actual results to modeled expectations; identify trends and provide insights to enhance pricing accuracy and strategy.
Support CRM migration and system integration initiatives , contributing to configuration, testing, and pricing data validation activities.
Standardize and automate pricing tools, templates, and workflows
to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
to deliver actionable insights and visual analytics supporting Gain/Loss, Forecasting, and Pricing Performance reporting.
Champion continuous improvement
initiatives that align with Vizient's commercial strategy, strengthen pricing governance, and enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience in financial analysis, pricing, or deal modeling within a B2B or services environment required.
Experience supporting
Spend Management
or
Data & Digital
pricing and modeling strongly preferred.
Hands‑on experience with
Experlogix (CPQ) ,
Microsoft Dynamics , and
Salesforce
required.
Proficiency with
Power BI
for financial and pricing analytics required.
Experience drafting
Statements of Work (SOWs)
and collaborating with Legal for contract review required.
Experience participating in
CRM migration
or system transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
Advanced
Excel modeling
skills and strong understanding of financial metrics, pricing methodologies, and business drivers.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and executive audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Estimated Hiring Range At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
