About The Role The Task Order Manager (Senior) will oversee and coordinate contracted intelligence training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis (JBLE). The Program Manager will ensure that all contract training courses align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in program management, leadership, intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission‑critical training programs for Air Force personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee ACC/A2 contract training program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
Define ACC/A2 training program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Travel required 30%.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related senior experience (total 15 years) as a substitute for the Master’s.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks).
Proficiency in Single/Multi‑Discipline ISR Analysis, Multi‑Int Fusion, Analytic Tradecraft & Unit Level Operations.
Familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Ability to lead functional teams or projects.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.
Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for Air Force Formal Training courses or similar training programs.
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
Familiarity with Air Force policies, procedures, and mission requirements.
Understanding of Air Force senior‑level staffing processes.
