Datacenter Technician (Onsite – Mount Pleasant, WI)
Long Term Contract
Pay rate: $35/hr W2
Start Date: January 5th
We’re seeking experienced Datacenter Technicians who can hit the ground running and support critical onsite infrastructure work. This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience in fast‑paced datacenter environments and is comfortable with physical hardware tasks, cabling, and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do
Perform
rack and stack
of servers, network gear, and related hardware
Run, route, and secure
cabling
(fiber and copper)
Label
equipment, cables, and racks according to established standards
Conduct
fault detection , basic diagnostics, and hardware checks
Assist with equipment moves, installations, and decommissioning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe datacenter environment
Follow documented procedures and elevate issues when needed
Requirements
Strong hands‑on
datacenter experience
(rack/stack, cabling, labeling, troubleshooting)
Ability to lift and move hardware as needed
Familiarity with datacenter safety, handling, and best practices
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Must be able to work
onsite
at the Mount Pleasant, WI datacenter
Available to
start immediately
