Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and deployment of large‑scale, vision‑based AI systems across edge and cloud Design scalable video analytics pipelines leveraging NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton Drive distributed AI training, deployment, and continuous learning systems Optimize models for real‑time performance on Jetson Orin/Xavier and similar platform Collaborate with global research, product, and engineering teams to deliver business impact Define strategy for edge vs. cloud trade‑offs in AI platform design Mentor senior engineers, set best practices in MLOps, observability, and reliability Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders on AI transformation strategy Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Vision Transformers, NeRF, Diffusion Models) Requirements
10+ years of experience in AI/ML/Computer Vision, with 8+ years in technical leadership roles Strong hands‑on expertise with NVIDIA ecosystem: Jetson, DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton, CUDA Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, GStreamer Solid coding in Python, C++ and CUDA for AI model development Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale (1,000+ devices or multi‑GPU clusters) Cloud‑native ML experience (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD) Strategic communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Vision, ML, Robotics, or related field (preferred) Domain expertise in Smart Cities, Robotics, Healthcare, or Retail Analytics (a plus) Certifications such as NVIDIA Jetson Developer or AWS/GCP AI/ML are advantageous Seniority level
